Bernadette Rodrigues

Bernadette Rodrigues is an Associate Lawyer at Taylor Mergui Law Group.  She practices civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment, personal injury, insurance, defamation, and commercial matters. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2025, Bernadette brings a client-focused and results-driven approach to advocacy, grounded in strong legal research, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.

Bernadette earned her LL.B. from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom and her LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Her international academic background provides her with a well-rounded legal perspective and a strong foundation in both common law principles and Canadian legal practice.
