About Carter

Carter was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2025 and practises personal injury law, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, and accident benefits disputes. He holds joint JD and MBA degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business, and earned an undergraduate degree in music performance. Prior to joining the firm, he articled at a boutique plaintiff-side firm and has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice. He has achieved successful outcomes at the Licence Appeal Tribunal and frequently works on catastrophic injury claims. Outside of practice, he enjoys music, swimming, and golf.
