Nicole brings over 20 years of experience as a personal injury and insurance litigator. Nicole was called to the bar in 2000 after receiving her BA (Hon) from the University of Toronto and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School. She spent most of her career working on behalf of Ontario’s largest insurance companies with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, professional negligence and other insurance issues. During that time, Nicole gained valuable insights into how insurance companies analyze, litigate and settle claims. She decided to apply that experience and skill to work on behalf of injured clients and joined Taylor & Mergui in May of 2023. Nicole has acted as counsel through all stages of litigation, often handling very serious and complex matters. She is a compassionate advocate who is prepared to work tirelessly to help her clients navigate the legal system and fight for fair compensation.
